i think im tired is a website created with HTML, CSS, and Javascript in the Spring of 2023. After a series of failed and unrealized projects, I created i think im tired as a way of understanding my place in art school. As a person from a small town, I was very confused during my first year of university. I struggled with imposter syndrome and understanding the abstractness of what I was learning, often being unable to shake my rural, blue-collar perspective.

By utilizing the website format to tell a short story I aimed to relate with my peers and professors in this confusing time of my life. Coding with P5, I was able to create 3D and flashing elements that depicted the work I had done up to that point and my own self-doubts. Utilizing interviews I conducted with classmates I was able to construct an accessible narrative which was bolstered by using Firebase, which allowed users to leave their own comments.
